Yes, you are welcome to have your order delivered to a Packstation or post office.
In the delivery address, please always enter the Packstation with its 3-digit number in the street field and your personal 6- 10-digit postal number.
We are working flat out to ensure that you receive your order within 1-2 working days (Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are not working days).
Our warehouse is in Germany, where the orders will be sent to you within one working day.
On special days such as Christmas, the post office and of course we too have a higher shipping volume than usual in the year. In such times, there are generally more delays, for which we would like to apologize in advance.
But of course we are working to make everything as smooth as possible for you.
We ship in Germany and Austria with DHL.
At the moment we only ship and sell in Germany & Austria. But don't worry, our team is working on expanding our shipping.
In our experience, some postmen forget to leave a "collection card" with customers.
In most cases, the shipment will be deposited at your local post office or left with a neighbor. It's best to just ask your neighbors or give your local post office a quick call.
